Built: 1880 (H. D. Rush, stock company president)
Seating capacity: 900
Later: Crawford Grand Opera House, sold in 1910 and converted for use as a temple of the Abdallah Shrine.

Corner of Main and Shawnee Streets, Leavenworth, KS
Company formed: 1855 (principals W. H. Russell, H. P. Johnson, and Amos Rees)
Completed: December 3, 1856
Demolished: declared unsafe for occupancy in the 1950s and eventually torn down.
